When a friend whatsapped me and told me the last QR code has been unlocked and it was Tegan and Sara, I went crayyyyyzayyyyy!!!
I mean, HELLO, the fan girl in me just went ballistic!
Finally, they are coming to Malaysia to play the Urbanscapes, which already has a few big names headlining the festival, including these two awesome ladies. I thought there is no way they would come because they already played Singapore and Jakarta in May, but hey, just my luck.
Actually, an ex-boyfriend, which has become a good friend, introduced this duo to me back then and with the help from Grey's Anatomy, they quickly became a staple in my playlist. I particularly find So Jealous a favorite release from them, the rest is equally good, but So Jealous has my heart.
So, here's to hoping (a high one) that they will play most songs in So Jealous although obviously I know they are touring for their current release Heartthrob, but hey a gal can dream all right.
